All skincare product sales are final unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such a case, please send a photo of the damaged items to BeYOUthentic@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will gladly replace it. I may also ask you to send the broken item.
We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. It also must be in the original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
